A multi-phase 3 year replacement and upgrade roofing plan.
Challenge
The existing roof was not water tight causing ongoing leaks within the building and disrupting the day to day operations of the school. LFCM project managed a complete replacement of the felt roof to fibreglass with double skin roof domes to allow for as much natural light as possible. This is a multi-phase 3 year project with an estimated spend of £180,000.
