LFCM is an established local company offering property management support services to Schools, Academies and Businesses in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.

LFCM offer a one stop shop for all your property services, remedial and building works; our aim is to give you confidence and peace of mind in the efficient running of your buildings so that you are free to focus on the diverse needs of your users.

Managing Director Steve Pears is a Facilities and Project Manager with over 23 years of experience. In his career he has managed projects in a wide range of sectors including aviation, retail and education. He has a proven track record of delivering both small and large scale building works and well as major cost efficiency savings in terms of facilities management.

Steve has been working with the Birmingham Diocesan Education Service (Catholic schools) in recent years as an Approved Consultant and Project Manager. In that time he has completed numerous projects of varying scales.  Steve has a focused skill set where Historic Listed Buildings and sites are concerned, and this includes planning processes with all relevant authorities and bodies.
